Responsible gambling
We want betting to stay a form of entertainment. These tools and tips help you stay in control.
- ✓Set a budget before you bet and never go over it.
- ✓Never chase losses — accept them as the cost of entertainment.
- ✓Use deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion offered by your bookmaker.
- ✓Don’t bet when upset, under pressure or under the influence.
- ✓Betting is not a way to make money or pay bills.
